Some reasons for extra charges

If your tank has not been properly maintained or has never been pumped, more time will be needed to pump your tank.

We do not recommend flushing wet wipes, this causes clogging and can back up your system as well as clog our hose.

If your septic tank is buried deeper than 24 inches, or in the lower level of your yard (lake lot or ravine) you may want to dig it up prior to us coming out.

Please remove landscaping obstacles or decking prior to us arriving to pump your tank to avoid any damage or extra charges.

If your tank is under heavy hard material and is hard to dig, there will be additional charges.  

If your tank is a long way away from the access point and an additional hose is needed, there will be an additional charge.
