Pump your tank every 3-4 years for proper maintenance.
Preventative septic pumping maintenance schedule will help keep your drain field and septic tank in proper working condition.
If you are experiencing backups, slowness in your drains, or hearing gurgling noises, it is not normal and is usually caused by one of the following: a line is beginning to clog, failing drain field, excessive solid buildup in your septic tank, or a failed lift pump. It is in your best interest to have any problem checked immediately and the appropriate septic service performed to prevent further serious damage to your septic tanks and systems.
Septic tank pumping starts at $325 for up to 1,000 gallons.
An Effluent filter is a slotted cylindrical piece that is fitted into a vertical pipe that is attached to the outlet of a septic system. It is designed to prevent solids in your septic tank from exiting into your leach field. Your filter should be maintained every 6 months to a year. We would be happy to provide this service for you.
Filter cleaning is included in your pump out price and starts at $70 for annual maintenance.
Because septic tanks are buried underground, locating and accessing tank lids for inspection and pumping can be a potentially difficult, time-consuming, and costly endeavor. Fortunately, the simple addition of a septic tank riser provides an easy, cost-effective solution to this problem that will provide long-term savings.
Providing access to your service provider saves time and money.
Riser and lid Installations start at $250.
Our camera system uses the latest technology and is made specifically for the harsh conditions related to sewer lateral inspections. The daylight viewable display gives us a crisp and detailed HD video for a full report of your septic system and drain pipes. This allows us to view any potential problems.
Camera Inspections with an hour of video start at $250.
Septic tank baffles are a key component of septic tanks which prevent damage to the drainfield by reducing effluent agitation as sewage enters the septic tank, and by preventing solids from flowing out of the tank to the drainfield.
Baffle Installs start at $150.
In most situations the septic tank can be located rather easily by observing the property and probing. Sometimes probing is not enough. When this occurs we can flush a locator device down the toilet and track it outside with a receiver. It is important to understand that this application is only available to use when the system is under normal operation. The transmitter floats, so if the system is backing up and the plumbing is full of water, the transmitter will not be able to get to the tank. If this is the case the tank may be able to be located with our sewer locating camera.
Flushable transmitters to help locate your tank start at $75.
